Mike Hyde
DPT
Mike has worked at Hayden since graduating from the University of Indianapolis in 2006. Originally from the Southside of Indy and attending Roncalli High School, Mike then completed undergrad and PT school both at the University of Indianapolis before beginning his career at Hayden. He, along with his wife Jessie moved to Greenwood in 2009 when they got married to be closer to the communities in which they worked. Jessie began working with Center Grove Schools after her graduation from IU and is now a consultant for Hope Alight with a focus on building relationships with children in the school system.
They welcomed their daughter, Molly, in 2013, their son Bennett in 2015, and their daughter Annie in 2019. They love being a part of this community with school, work and church. They built a house a few years ago and are still finding projects to do around the house and yard. Mike’s free time these days revolves around family. With
their children growing up, he tries to get as much time with them and his wife as he can. They began traveling a few years ago and are always planning for the next trip. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing when he gets a free weekend.
He has really loved the caring atmosphere here and the opportunity to help people take back their life from pain or recover from an injury. The relationships he has made through Hayden over the past 20 years, both with co-workers and patients, has impacted his life greatly and he looks forward to his future of helping others at Hayden Physical Therapy
Alexandria Wheeler
DPT
Alexandria grew up and currently lives in the Center Grove area with her husband, daughter, and their 2 dogs. She graduated from Hanover College for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Alexandria first started working at Hayden in 2014 as a tech during her summer breaks and is excited to return to the clinic working as a therapist!
Alexandria and her family love to spend time outdoors and she is a huge Taylor Swift enthusiast! She looks forward to meeting you and working with everyone at Hayden Physical Therapy.
Mandy Ploetner
PTA
Mandy Ploetner is a recent graduate of University of Indianapolis. She acquired a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science degree from IUPUI in 2014 and pursued further education at University of Indianapolis in the PTA program in which she graduated August of 2017. She is originally from Jasper, IN and is now living in the Center Grove area.
Mandy’s current hobbies include playing sports such as: golf, softball, basketball, and beach volleyball. She particularly loves to be outside as much as possible and enjoys running and being active. She also enjoys watching golf, as well as, college basketball and is an avid Purdue fan. She currently has two dogs and enjoys spending time with them.
She was a PT technician at another physical therapy clinic for several years throughout her schooling where her love of physical therapy blossomed. She loves the atmosphere of a smaller physical therapy clinic where the emphasis is on the patient versus that of a larger corporation. Many relationships have been formed through her years as a tech and she looks forward to forming the same relationships at Hayden Physical Therapy. She looks forward to a bright future with the team at Hayden Physical Therapy!
Kelli Eldridge
Office and Billing Manager
Kelli Eldridge is the office and billing manager at Hayden Physical Therapy. She has been with Hayden Physical Therapy since 2003 in different roles throughout the years. She grew up in the Greenwood area and graduated from Greenwood High School. She attended IUPUI and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree.

Lindsey Tinkle
Front Office
Lindsey started working at Hayden Physical Therapy in 2017 after having worked for Johnson Memorial Hospital for 10 years.
Lindsey welcomed her daughter Violet in 2015 and renovated her childhood home in Franklin in 2019.
When Lindsey is not working or chasing Violet around, she enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
